Tooling provides a mold cavity for your component and can include slides for three-dimensional features and multiple cavities for higher production quantities.

We have over 2,000 square feet of space dedicated to our on-site toolmaking facility. Our experienced toolmakers are focused on making high quality molds for your precision component, utilizing equipment such as sinker EDM's, milling machines, surface and centerless grinders, lathes and precision measuring instruments.

The cost of tooling for our injection molding is comparable to plastic injection molding, with some cost-varying factors including: grade of tool steel, number of cavities, use of slides, temperature control system, dimensional tolerances and surface finish required.

We listen carefully to input from our clients especially on important tooling factors such as the location of gates, ejector pins and the parting line of the mold.

Through close cooperation with our knowledgable in-house staff, the design advantages of your tool will be maximized. The result will be the optimum and most economical tool for your high quality product.
