Cathodes

Ion Implantation

of cluster ion implantation sub-systems and advanced ion source materials for the
manufacture of logic and memory chips.
Microwave
Ceradyne is a tier-one supplier of specialty ceramics and cathodes to OEM’s of high
power microwave tubes and laboratories using high power microwaves.
Semiconductor
Ceradyne's extensive material knowledge and manufacturing capabilities are used
to produce custom semiconductor components for OEM's and Fabs, resulting in both
higher wafer production rates and yields. Ceradyne has produced high-quality semiconductor
components since 1996, ranging from detailed ceramic parts as large as 550 mm in
diameter, to small injection molded devices.
Sputtering Targets
Ceradyne supplies materials and finished components for sputtering target applications.
