Threats have continued to evolve on the battlefield. Troops deserve increased protection as they face those increased threats in today’s combat environment. The BULL™, both a 6-man and a 10-man variant of the MRAP II (Mine Resistant, Ambush Protected) vehicle, offers that protection.

The BULL advanced-technology armored solution is a fully integrated armored vehicle design. It takes advantage of advanced armor technology and design to provide protection beyond current MRAP vehicle capabilities. The BULL design has been subjected to, and has withstood, some of the most severe threats faced by US military forces in conflict today, the Explosively Formed Penetrator (“EFP Resistant”).

The integrated armor capability of the BULL increases both ballistic and blast protection by avoiding the weak points and seams created by add-on armor solutions of earlier MRAP vehicles.

The BULL is integrated on Oshkosh Truck’s combat proven MTVR chassis. The Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement, deployed in large numbers with the US Marine Corps, has demonstrated itself to be both extremely mobile and survivable in theater due to its high stance, engine location, and TAK-4^® independent suspension system. The BULL solution provides a step forward in MRAP vehicle design which will increase the survivability, mobility and reliability of the vehicle for soldiers and Marines.
