Ceralloy® 137 Sintered Aluminum Nitride is a fully dense
material that can be produced in a cost effective manner, to complex net
shapes. This grade of aluminum nitride is characterized as exhibiting both high
thermal conductivity and high electrical resistivity and is used primarily for:

Ceralloy 147® Hot Pressed Aluminum Nitride can be formulated
into a variety of compositions having minimal densification aids. The final
properties can be formulated by altering the amount and type of densification
aids. Finished components are machined in Ceradyne’s precision diamond grinding
facility. Semiconductor
products are produced from Hot Pressed Aluminum Nitride.
